Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days after receipt of your product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping Fees:
Customers will only be charged for shipping once (this includes return shipping). We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to appear.
- Reach out to your bank as there can be processing delays.
