Orders may be canceled before they enter the shipping or fulfillment process.
Eligible for Cancellation
- Orders that have not yet been shipped or fulfilled
Not Eligible for Cancellation
- Orders that have already entered the shipping process
- Orders with tracking information generated or shipped
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

- Customers are only responsible for one shipping charge per order (this includes return shipping where applicable)
- No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns
- If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) product, Vapepie will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method, including:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

- Opened, used, or consumed vape products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons
- For DOA, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery for a fast replacement or refund process
- Vapepie reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above
